This site promotes the work of the Friends of the Atkinson Art Gallery in Southport, Merseyside.

Here you can find information about us and how to join. There is also a brief overview of the Atkinson's collection with a link to their site for details of the latest exhibitions. From September to April the Friends provide a unique programme of talks, covering diverse subjects such as Surrealism, Picture Restoration, Fashion and more. We also have outings that you may find of interest.

The Friends 2012/13 events are now available. We hope that you find the Atkinson Art Gallery a pleasure to visit.
